Red Lion Inn

Hotel at the corner of Pitt and Liverpool Streets. Between 1853 and 1972 it was called the North Star. In 1972 it was renamed the Red Lion Inn. In 1987 the hotel was sold and the building was subsequently demolished along with several others on the block to make way for a new office tower development.
