Small 26 hectare park to the east of Centennial Park, created at the same time in 1887. The Queen's Park was the name originally proposed for the whole of Centennial Park, in honour of Queen Victoria's jubilee in 1887 but this was quickly amended to Centennial Park to reflect the community's preference.
