Wanderer

Schooner owned by Ben Boyd, who arrived in Sydney in 1842 and departed in 1849. She had previously been part of the Royal Yacht Squadron, used by the British royal family, and was the first true yacht to enter Sydney Harbour. She was wrecked in 1852 entering the Hastings River at Port Macquarie when she was returning to Sydney after Boyd had been killed in the Pacific Islands.
