The Dictionary of Sydney was archived in 2021.
Four storey office block and warehouse in Victorian Romanesque style which had originally been the warehouse for the Beard Watson furniture emporium. The original sandstone façade has florid detailing and forms part of the so-called York Street Wall which retains many fine 19th and early 20th century buildings.
