13 storey office block at 169-171 Phillip Street owned by the St James Church of England. Built in 1963 on the site of an older building also called St James Hall, it included a 300 seat theatre that known as the St James Playhouse between 1964 and 1978. It was the home of the Phillip Street Theatre company between 1979 and 1989.
