Mathews, Robert Hamilton

Australian surveyor and self-taught anthropologist who spent twenty years researching the anthropology and languages of the Australian Aborigines in the late 19th and early 20the centuries. During this time he had over 100 papers published in anthropological and scientific journals. His papers are in the National Library of Australia
