Originally the Rozelle Workingmen's Institute, in 1910 this community building contained a substantial lecture hall, a library, a reading room, a games room, meeting and classrooms, and a large billiard room. In the late twentieth century its rooms were let commercially, but since 2008 it has housed a private conservatorium of music.
