Rodd, John Tremayne
John Tremayne Rodd migrated to Australia from England in 1822 with three sons after the death of his wife. He worked as an assistant surveyor in the Surveyor General's Department and was a supervisor of convicts at Newcastle. He and his son Robert Adamson Rodd both received land grants around Wollombi Creek.
