Coachbuilding firm established by George Henry Olding in 1906 after he and George Parker dissolved their partnership running the Paddington Coach Works. The firn built bodywork for everything from buses, cars, trucks and lorries to ambulances, garbage compactors, water carts, caravans, hydraulic lifts and elevators, as well as armaments and military equipment during wartime. Olding's version of the belt and reel surf lifesaving device was officially introduced in 1906 and in use until 1993.
