Location on the Hawkesbury River (Dyarubbin) near Sackville, the name of which was shared by local Aboriginal people with the Rev John McGarvie in 1829 as he wrote a list of place names used by the Darug and Darkinyung people along the river. The word means something like the intersection of clusters of falling stars. Two branches of Roberts creek flowed into the Hawkesbury here as well.
