Public servant, magistrate and coroner who served as the New South Wales State Coroner between 1995 and 2000. Inquests he conducted included those into the deaths of Anita Cobby, Michael Hutchence and Kerry Whelan. as well as the Thredbo disaster in which 18 people were killed.
