Moore, Rachel

Convicted of 'feloniously stealing' a range of clothing items including a muslin apron, silk border and velvet hood at the Old Bailey on 12 December 1787, she was transported to Sydney for seven years. In Sydney she formed a relationship with First Fleet surgeon John White with whom she had a son, and she later married Thomas Moore.
