Crowley, Catherine

Mother of William Charles Wentworth who was convicted at the Staffordshire Assizes in July 1788 of feloniously stealing 'wearing apparell' and was sentenced to transportation for seven years. She formed a relationship with D'Arcy Wentworth aboard Neptune and became his common-law wife.
