Dunphy, Myles

Conservationist who played a crucial role in the recognition and protection of wilderness areas throughout New South Wales and particularly in the Blue Mountains. By bushwalking and mapping, through the foundation of walking clubs, and lobbying for a professional park service his campaigns continued throughout his life.
