Lyne Park

Five hectare reserve on the corner of New South Head Road and Sunderland Avenue, Rose Bay. Named in honour of Sir James Lyne, NSW Premier from 1899 to 1901, it was reclaimed from tidal sand flats in 1902 and in 1938 was the site of a flying boat base.
