The Dictionary of Sydney was archived in 2021.
Land between Cumberland and Gloucester Streets containing remains from the late 18th century, the time of Australia's first European settlement. Excavations begun in 1994 uncovered over 30 homes and shops built from around 1795, and some 750,000 artefacts.
