Archina Randwick

Two-storey Federation house originally owned and occupied by Captain A J Clark and his wife. It was then sold to Clarice E P Barwick in 1908 who sold it to Patrick Ryan in 1910. Archibald Shaw then purchased the property and made radio equipment for Douglas Mawson's expedition in a shed, now demolished, located at the rear of the property. The property was then sold to the Commonwealth Government in 1916 and it was used to house Royal Australian Air Force engineers.

Babworth House

Federation Arts and Craft style home with 24 bedrooms and grand ballroom which was once owned by St Vincent's Hospital before restoration in 1998 to luxury apartments. It was built for Sir Samuel Hordern and designed by architectural firm Morrow and De Putron.

Thirteen (originally twelve) storey office block at King and Castlereagh Streets designed in 1911 by architectural firm Spain, Cosh and Minnett for the estate of the late Sarah Jane Marks, who had died in 1909. The building was named after her family's property Culwulla at Jamberoo as a memorial to her from her sons Dr Herbert J W Marks and Walter Moffitt Marks. At 50 metres high, it was the tallest building in Sydney and fears were raised that Sydney would develop a New York style skyline with darkened streets. It was also considered a fire hazard as existing equipment was incapable of reaching this height. The city's building regulations were subsequently amended with the introduction of the 1912 Height of Buildings Act by the New South Wales government, restricting building heights to 45 metres. This remained in force until 1957.

Darlinghurst Police Station

Edwardian style police station building on the corner of Forbes and Bourke Streets near Taylor Square. The building was designed by Walter Liberty Vernon in 1899 to replace a previous station on the same site that had become inadequate. The station was decommissioned in 1987 after the Sydney Police Centre on Goulburn Street in Surry Hills opened and was occupied by community health organisations.

Luxury Federation style brick apartment block in Potts Point on the corner of Greenknowe Avenue and Macleay Streets. Designed by architects Halligan & Wilton, it was one of the first apartment blocks in Sydney, and featured two balconies and bathrooms in each of the 16 units. A cedar staircase, electric light and wood panelling and passenger lifts were also features. The building predated other the exclusive apartments which shaped the area in the 1920s and 1930s.

Two storey house in Federation style built on the site of another imposing residence destroyed by bushfire in 1909.

Federation Free Style hotel with Art Nouveau stylings that stands on the corner of George Street North and Mill Lane in the Rocks. It opened in 1909 on the site of earlier hotels Observer Tavern and the Waterman's Arms as part of the renewal of the area after the resumption of many of the properties in the area after the outbreak of plague in 1901.

Ocean View Coogee

Federation style mansion with views of the Gordons Bay and Coogee Bay area. It was built by Philip Wirth and is one of the few surviving large residences in the Coogee area. Each of the six bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom, one of the earliest homes in Sydney to have such facilities. The once extensive grounds around the mansion housed a private zoo, and it is rumoured one of the Wirth's Circus' most famous performers, Alice the elephant, is buried in its grounds. The home stayed with the Wirth family until it was sold in 2009 for five million dollars.

Willoughby Fire Station

Federation style two-storey building which was used as a fire station.

Wilona

Federation mansion at 18 Wilona Avenue in Greenwich that was built by William Wilson in 1902. The house was originally surrounded by its own dairy, tennis courts and croquet lawn on River Road. The surrounding land was subdivided in 1940 after the death of Ann Wilson who had continued to live there after her husband's death in 1935.

Federation Free Style block of professional chambers on the corner of Hunter and Macquarie Streets, named after the Junee property of the original owner and developer, grazier John O'Brien. The eight storey building was designed by Burcham Clamp and built by Turner and Loveridge in 1911, and included over 100 suites and rooms to be let to medical professionals and some residential flats. Described as a 'magnificent structure' and a skyscraper, one of the features of the building was the plumbing, with a hot water and sanitary service that had to be pumped to the top floors.

Yamba cottage

Federation style weatherboard and corrugated iron cottage with wrap around verandah which is regarded as historically significant as an example of small holder farming in Camden area.
