Fulton, Margaret
Cookbook writer and journalist who introduced the Australian general public to a wide array of cuisines and cooking techniques. Her first book, the Margaret Fulton Cookbook was published in 1968 and was still in print in 2019. She was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia in 1983 and in 1998 was named as one of the National Trust's National Living Treasures.
