Palmer, Arthur Aubrey

Surgeon, pathologist and criminologist who was the first New South Wales Government Medical Officer in 1913. He worked for the Department of Public Health until his retirement in 1936.As Chief Government Medical Officer and senior gaol surgeon he was associated with many notorious cases that came to trial and was called by tabloids the 'Post Mortem King'.
