Challis House
Thirteen-storey office building in Art Deco style, that stands on land purchased with funds bequeathed to the University of Sydney by JH Challis. The original 1907 building was reconstructed in 1936 and remains a major asset of Sydney University.
Newtown Library
Salvation Army hall built for the Newtown Corp which had been formed in 1883. It became the Newtown Library branch of the South Sydney Council Library in 1995, and part of the City of Sydney Library in 2004.
University of Notre Dame Australia
Catholic university founded through an Act of the Parliament of Western Australia in December 1989. It now has over 9000 students enrolled on its three campuses in Fremantle, Sydney and Broome. The Sydney campuses were opened in 2006.
Centrepoint Tower
